Brekell's Birthday

Opening her presents

The food

Blowing out the candle...

We celebrated Brekell's Birthday yesterday... I can't believe my baby is 6, where has time gone. I was telling Dave that I am feeling so old now that my oldest is growing up so fast. She was lucky this year and got 2 parties. We had Wyatt, Elle, Grammie and Papa Warnick over on wednesday to help us celebrate. Then we had Dave's family over on sunday to have a party. She had so much fun and loved all her stuff. She is at the perfect age to just buy her everything, which Dave told me I did. But she is so sweet and so glad she is in our family.

School Christmas Program...

They just love each other...
What a doll!

Brekell had her Christmas program last week. I just love this time of year with all the christmas music and the decorations everywhere. We had fun listening to Brekell sing her songs. We have been hearing them for the whole month of December, She was so cute while performing.

Dagen

When we were at the store a little bit ago, Dagen found these jammies and just had to have them. He hasn't worn "footie" jammies since he was a baby so I was very curious if he would wear them. Well turns out he loves them and wants to wear them every night. I think they are so cute on him. It keeps him younger for a little bit longer...

Daxlyn, and Backpack, backpack

I thought I would post a picture of Daxlyn and one of her favorite things. This Backpack seems to go everywhere with us. It fits snacks, books, and toys just right to entertain a little girl for 30 minutes. Not sure we (and I mean Daxlyn) could live without this backpack.......

Carving Pumpkins!!!

The final pumpkins!!!
Brekell hard at work...

Pumpkin seeds on Daxie (she is histerical at this point)

Dagen and his pumpkin

Daxie and the final product

So we decided for family night to carve pumpkins. We had alot of fun, (or at least most of us...) I have found my little princess of a daughter (Daxlyn) is more of a princess than we thought. You will notice the picture of her crying and holding up her hand, Well that is when some of her pumpkin seeds touched her and she began to friek out. It was quite funny. I was laughing, but she was not. Needless to say, I ended up cleaning all the seeds out of all the kids pumpkins.

That's how she rolls!!!

So I was busy helping Brekell do her homework and didn't want to take the time to slice Daxlyn's apple for her. I thought she had seen enough people eat them that she could handle it. Well as I looked over at her eating her apple this is what we found.

She would take a big bite, suck all the juice out, and then leave the rest discarded on the table.
So needless to say, I will be taking the time to slice her apple from now on... What a cutie!!!

Preschool finally begins!!!

So Dagen has officially started preschool this week. He is loving it. (I won't lie I love it too. He burns a lot of energy at school.) It is different only having 1 child at home, it is good quality time for me and Daxlyn.

Brekell first day of school!!!

Brekell waiting for school to start..

Me and the kids before school...

My little kindergartener...

Brekell was so excited to start kindergarten. (I can't believe my little girl is old enough for this. I am feeling way old now.) But we are so excited for her to begin her school days and that she loves to go to school. Dagen is really bummed that he wasn't starting school (and so am I:)). He is my handful everyday, but he will be fine for 2 more weeks...

Eventful Morning!!!

Daxlyn after her stitches. She was happy and didn't even care about her "owie" on her head.

Three little children playing on the kitchen chairs, one fell off and hit her head.
Momma took her to the Dr. and the Dr. said, She needs stitches in her head...

Well, that about sums my morning up. Not what I had planned for the day, but I guess the kids learned a lesson about playing on the kitchen chairs!!!

Dagen's Birthday

Birthday cake
Brekell showing off her tricks!

Hamburgers and fries for everyone.(they are really cupcakes and sugar cookies.)

We had Dagen's Birthday Party last night. It went really well and he got really spoiled with Transformers stuff. He had a great time and we were so lucky to have both set of grandparents come and celebrate it with him. He has been looking towards this day for 3 months(they celebrated his unbirthday at the end of school, long 3 months). So it has finally come and gone and I can't believe my little boy is growing up so fast. Thanks for coming everyone...

More of Dagen's Birthday Party...

More cake, First time making a b-day cake. It was alright, not sure if I will do it again. So I have to keep looking at my small masterpiece:)

Brekell's Cheer Camp!

Janeesa, Brekell, and Kaloni at Camp

As promised, here is Brekell at Cheer Camp. But she still assures me that she will be my volleyball player and I will coach her. I am going to hold her to that!!!

Daxlyn Potty Training.

So Daxlyn is trying to potty train herself. It has been very funny/cute/annoying all at the same time. She hasn't got the full feeling of it yet, so she will sit on the toilet for 20 minutes at a time. (the annoying part) But I have figured out that cleaning the rest of the house during this time has been great. It gives me 20 minutes to hurry and clean as much as I can while she isn't there to mess it up. So it has worked out for my benefit. Now if she can get the hang of it.
